Shipping

Plushbypash offers free shipping for all its customers. Your order will be shipped out via express mail and delivery time will be between 7 to 10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can check the status of where your package is. 

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or abandoned packages.

No refunds will be issued if an incorrect address was provided and you did not receive your package.

In the unlikely event of your order not being able to be shipped on time, we will notify you immediately.

In some circumstances there may be an unexpected delay due to the package being held at customs, we will notify you of any such delay. 

Depending on the country you reside in, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If you are charges, it is up to the customer to cover these costs.

If delivery of your order is delayed due to the following issues: bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays, we cannot offer a reimbursement of shipping charges or a refund of your purchase.
